SW: Starting Weight
LW: Lowest Weight
CW: Current Weight
GW: Goal Weight (small and achievable weight loss goals along the way)
UGW: Ultimate Goal Weight (the end prize)
PP: PointsPlus
WPP/Weeklies: Weekly PointsPlus (I get 49 extra PP every week to use as I please. The program is designed so that I should be able to lose, even if I eat all of my Weeklies)
APP: Activity PointsPlus (Points that I earn back from doing activity. I almost never eat them back)
NSV: Non Scale Victory (ex: losing an inch on my waist, losing 10 seconds off of my mile time, or upping my mileage per week)
Shark Week: My period!
