PSA:
Can we please stop throwing words like anxiety and depression around, and using them as synonyms for sad and stressed? Let me tell you, being depressed is a whole lot more than being temporarily sad. Anxiety is so much more than being stressed about a busy week. They are paralyzing.
Stop saying "I'm so depressed that I have to go to school tomorrow", and stop saying "man I'm so anxious about this interview"... Because you're not depressed, you're not anxious... You're sad. You're nervous. Use a damn thesaurus and figure out how to express your feelings without using the words "depressed" and "anxious".
That is all.
