WIW - 11/6/13

When I weighed in at WW on Monday, the scale said I was at 174. I was wearing clothes, hadn't pooped yet that day, and had just chugged a grande caramel macchiato. Today (I'm writing this on Thursday, the 7th) I weighed in at this weight! It's amazing how much weight can fluctuate throughout the day. That's why I do WIW based on my weight on Wednesday mornings--because it's accurate!

I'm 2.8 pounds away from my 10% weight loss (weight loss is definitely a lot slower this time around). I've decided that my goal for this holiday season is to try to lose weight... But if weight maintenance happens, that's okay too. I am hoping to be to 169 by the end of December. That's a lot of time to lose 2.8 pounds, so I'm confident that it will happen. After I hit 169, I'm only 9 pounds away from where I was when I quit the first time! Yay!

I started a new way of tracking! I bought the WW 3 month tracker, and a sheet of glittery star stickers. I'm going to be tracking everyday, and on the days that I track and am under my PP goal, I'll get a sticker. It's just something to spice up my routine! :)
