Hello!

Hi! If you have read my About page, you'll know that I am back to lose the 30 pounds that I have gained in the past year. I am here with a plan, and I intend to share that plan with you!

The Plan
I haven't been to Weight Watchers in almost a year, and this Tuesday (July 23rd, 2013) I will be going back. I am incredibly anxious about it, as well as very excited. I have my gym membership, and I think that I will be getting back into running come Fall. I do miss 6-milers on Saturdays!

The Support System
I have incredibly supportive people all around me. My family, boyfriend, Lily, and select coworkers all want to see me succeed. I know that this group of people will lift me up and help me when I am struggling.

The Goals
While I gained 30 pounds, my goal is to take 35 off. Right now I am sitting at about 185-7 pounds, and I'd like to be in the low 160's to high 150's. I also want to get all of my muscle mass back.

The Progress
I'll be measuring progress with pictures--I'll probably publish a progress picture at the 15, 25, and 35 pounds lost milestones--as well as with my measurements and weight. In addition, from time to time I'll write posts titled "NSV", which stands for "Non Scale Victory". These are really important, because even if the scale isn't showing progress, there could still be things worth celebrating!

Alright, well I think for now that's it. I'll check back in after my meeting on Tuesday, and then again for my first WIW!
