Measurements & Monthly "Report Cards"

Can I just say how much I love tracking measurements? When I'm not losing pounds, this can be the only thing that keeps me going. Sometimes you don't lose inches but you lose pounds. Sometimes you don't lose pounds but you lose inches! It's a great way to keep yourself accountable. I never took my measurements when I started WW in 2011 (I wish I had done it the night I signed up for WW, but I never did--I eventually got around to it, but not before losing at least 15 pounds), and I forgot to do it the first week of WW this time around, so I'm doing it now. I figure this is an okay time to do it, because I'm only ~5 pounds down and if there have been any change in my measurements since July 23rd, they have been very small.

Bust (directly under breast): 35"
Bust (around widest point of breast): 38.75"
Natural Waist: 32"
Hips: 41.5"-- I'm definitely a pear. Definitely.
Right Thigh (4.5" from top of knee): 22.25
Right Bicep (not flexing): 12"

There you have it! Stay tuned for a monthly "report card" of sorts, which will be posted with the WIW that follows the meeting that is closest to the end of the month. For example, August's will be posted on September 4th, September's will be posted on October 2nd, and so on and so forth.

Tomorrow marks the beginning of having Tuesdays off permanently and being able to go to my home meeting every week! Hooray!
