Hooray! A loss! This week was Shark Week, and the day that it started I told myself "I am going to eat what I want and not feel bad about it. I am going to be bloated and want a lot of chocolate and that's okay too". Even though I'm bloated and ate probably too many SkinnyCow ice cream sandwiches, a loss is a loss! I'm thinking that next week will be better.
