-1.8 pounds

Okay, so over the course of a month my weight has only gone down 1.8 pounds. And I can definitely say that it's not muscle... But if I'm being honest, tracking hasn't been my biggest concern. At least I can say that it hasn't gone up! I'm still going (that's the most important thing, really).

I'm going to get back into the habit of buying groceries after my WW meeting every week, because that helps me to take control of my spaces. I'm going to try to plan my meals for the days that I work, because those are the days that I tend to be lazy and just eat out (I'll save money AND calories!), and I'm making a goal to get to the gym just 2 day a week--baby steps--for the next 3 weeks. I just need to get training for the Big Climb (which you can donate to on my behalf by clicking the link on the sidebar)!
